Cancellation Policy
Your time is valuable and we understand that schedules can be thrown off by unexpected changes in your day. We request that you be mindful of the salon and spa's schedule, as this is our providers’ livelihood. Please give us a call and let us know if you are running late and we will try to accommodate you within the workings of clients and appreciate your patience while we try our best to accommodate all clients' services promptly.
We ask that if you need to cancel, you provide us the courtesy of at least 24 hours notice. If 24 hours notice is not received, the services booked may be charged.
Snow Policy
We want to clarify our procedures during snowstorms or inclement weather forecasts. While our cancellation policy remains unchanged, we aim to offer guidance to assist you in making informed decisions when faced with such situations.
We kindly request that you stay updated on weather forecasts before your scheduled appointments. If you anticipate difficulty driving in snowy conditions, we encourage you to reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Please be assured that we monitor weather conditions closely before deciding to open or close the salon.
If uncertainty about our operating status makes you uneasy and you prefer not to risk cancellation fees, we recommend rescheduling your appointment for peace of mind. Please remember to provide us with at least 24 hours notice to avoid any fees.
For those comfortable with waiting until closer to the forecasted inclement weather day, you are welcome to maintain your appointment. Rest assured, we prioritize safety and will promptly close the salon when advised or during winter storm warnings. In such cases, any rescheduled appointments due to salon closure will not incur cancellation fees.
During typical New England winter snowfall, we usually remain open, ensuring you can keep your scheduled appointment. Please exercise discretion and prioritize safety; if you feel it's unsafe to drive, we recommend canceling your appointment, even if it means incurring a fee.
Ultimately, to eliminate any possibility of fees, it's advisable to remove your appointment from our schedule when a storm is anticipated. If you trust our judgment aligns with yours, maintaining your appointment may be the best course of action. We understand individual circumstances vary, and we aim to effectively accommodate each person's needs.
